If your golden hour is looking a little pinker these days, you have Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo to thank. The Maroon 5 frontman and wife, former Victoria Secret Model, Behati Prinsloo are the co-founders of Calirosa Tequila, the ultra-hot new brand -- and star of this SOBEWFF® happy hour -- whose blanco tequila brims with a vibrant, fruity flavor and warm, rosy hue. (Unlike most tequilas, which are produced in whiskey or bourbon barrels, this one is uniquely crafted in red wine barrels.) For this spirit-forward party, we’ve tapped the celebrity couple to help us kick off the Festival in high style at 1 Beach Club, an outdoor oasis in a laidback luxurious atmosphere tucked behind the astonishingly chic and tranquil 1 Hotel South Beach. The evening’s centerpiece will be Calirosa’s fragrant trio of tequilas -- the honeyed, dark berry-flavored Rosa Blanco; the cinnamon and caramel-rich Añejo; and the deep, amber-colored Extra Añejo -- all of which have been crafted in partnership with the Real family, who has owned and operated their Jalisco-based distillery, Tequila Selecto de Amatitán, for nearly 80 years. Complemented by fresh and flavorful canapés from 1 Hotel South Beach’s ace culinary team, this star-studded party will be like something out of an Instagram-perfect postcard. No filter needed, of course.

On your knees, pasta lovers. A superhero is making his way to Miami and his name is Stefano Secchi. The supremely skilled chef of the rustic Rezdôra in New York City’s Flatiron District has already become something of a pasta-making legend, having trained under the brilliant Massimo Bottura at the famed Osteria Francescana in Modena before opening his Michelin-starred restaurant that highlights the cuisine of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. Lucky for us (and for you!), he will have the opportunity to demonstrate his exceptionally versatile gifts at this year’s Festival as he shares the spotlight with Brian Brumec, Executive Chef of the ultra-chic French-Mediterranean hotspot, LPM Miami in Brickell. Complete with magnificent Italian wine pairings courtesy of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Secchi and Brumec’s menu will pay homage to the style of the local nonna tradition and prove that when it comes to Italian comfort food, there is perhaps nothing more appealing than a perfect bowl of pasta.

Join Michelin-starred chef Tony Mantuano as he reunites with fellow James Beard Award winner Sarah Grueneberg and Paolo Dorigato to showcase their astonishing brands of Italian cuisine at this exclusive SOBEWFF® event. Largely credited with being the first chef to bring fine Italian dining to Chicago, Mantuano now guides the successful culinary program at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville. It’s hard to imagine a more immersive environment than the one Executive Chef Mikel Goikolea has managed to create at LEKU, the elegant restaurant inside the Rubell Museum that celebrates the Basque region’s cuisine in all of its gastronomic glory. Despite the restaurant’s contemporary, Miami-chic design, Goikolea’s dishes are so deeply rooted in the flavors and techniques of the Basque region, you could close your eyes and swear that you were sitting amongst the mountain ranges of Northern Spain. For this once-in-a-lifetime SOBEWFF® dinner, he’s invited a megawatt cast of fellow culinary giants from the Michelin star-studded region -- Peli Pérez de Anuzita and Julen Baz Mugika (both of Restaurante Garena in Bizkaia), Beñat Ormaetxea (of Restaurante Jauregibarria in Amorebieta), and Sergio Ortiz de Zarate (of Restaurante Zarate in Bilbao) -- to curate an incomparable culinary experience that proudly showcases the area’s fresh ingredients and skillfully balanced flavors, all accentuated by bold Spanish wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. These five virtuosic artists -- all headliners in their own right -- will each reveal a profoundly personal approach to the region’s classics, insisting that you both see and taste the Basque country just as they do.

California cool meets the true spirit of Mexico at this smoldering SOBEWFF® dinner showcasing Calirosa Tequila, the mesmerizing new brand co-founded by Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, former Victoria Secret Model, Behati Prinsloo. The pink-tinted tequila -- “rosa” being the Spanish word for “pink” -- is uniquely produced in red wine barrels (in lieu of whiskey or bourbon barrels), which imparts a wonderfully fruity flavor and pale blush color to their Rosa Blanco. For this exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner, the celebrity couple will be making their way down to Miami to toast the brand’s fragrant trio of tequilas -- the honeyed, dark berry-flavored Rosa Blanco; the cinnamon and caramel-rich Añejo; and the deep, amber-colored Extra Añejo -- all of which have been crafted in partnership with the Real family, who has owned and operated their Jalisco-based distillery, Tequila Selecto de Amatitán, for nearly 80 years. Joining Levine and Prinsloo for this spirited night of merrymaking will be Miami favorite Scott Linquist, Executive Chef of Como Como at Moxy South Beach, the marvelously moody marisquería (seafood restaurant) and raw bar on Miami Beach that channels the flavors of Mexico’s most resplendent seaside destinations. The veteran chef, who has traveled extensively throughout the country in search of experiences that have only deepened his appreciation for the area’s fiery ingredients and time-honored techniques, is gearing up to deliver a piquant menu that perfectly complements Calirosa’s complex flavor profiles.

Friday nights have never felt more fun. But don’t take our word for it -- just look at the sterling group of headliners we’ve rounded up for this sensational Shabbat dinner, taking place at the glittering Artisan Beach House at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. First up is the incandescent Adeena Sussman, known to thousands of passionate foodies (and Instagram followers) as the bestselling author of the seminal Sababa and Chrissy Teigen’s outrageously popular Cravings cookbook series. For this exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner, she’ll develop a vibrant Israeli-flavored menu alongside The Spice Detective himself -- Yaniv Cohen -- the chef behind the terrific Jaffa (located inside the Design District’s Mia Market); and Miami favorite Sam Gorenstein, Executive Chef of the appealingly relaxed Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen. And what would a first-rate Shabbat meal be without a decadent dessert course prepared by Miami’s endlessly inventive pastry wizard, Hedy Goldsmith? Under the direction of Yos Schwartz, this formidable foursome will do it all -- light the candles, pour the wine (courtesy of Israel’s acclaimed Recanati Winery) and say the Hamotzi (after which you’ll no doubt recite a fourth blessing over their peerless gastronomic gifts). By the end of the evening, don’t be surprised if you feel like you’ve formed another kind of family. The gloriously scented and spiced dishes prepared by these exceptionally fine chefs have a mystifying way of making everyone feel like “mishpachah.” This dinner will be Kosher.

Classical cuisine meets eye-catching graphic style at this sensational SOBEWFF® dinner that unites two culinary greats at the height of their careers. Liebrandt, the London-born, Michelin-starred chef who trained under Marco Pierre White (at Raymond Blanc at Le Manor Aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxford); Jean-Georges Vongerichten (at Vong); and Pierre Gagnaire (at his eponymous three-star restaurant in Paris), first came to prominence in 2000 when, at the age of 24, he became the youngest chef ever to be awarded three stars from the New York Times. A veteran of New York City’s culinary landscape -- with notable successes at Atlas, Corton and The Elm -- he now manages and consults on multiple projects globally and will bring his daring, contemporary flair to this extraordinary dinner alongside Bachour, the world-renowned chef and creative mastermind at the helm of his eponymously named, ever-flourishing restaurant in Coral Gables. The venerable Puerto Rican-born pastry wizard, who was named a finalist in the 2011 International Chef Congress Pastry Competition before skyrocketing to stardom during his tenure at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, will open the doors of his flagship restaurant for this private gallery of edible artwork that is sure to taste as gorgeous as it looks.

What would Miami’s culinary landscape be without Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink? Thankfully, we don’t have to imagine a world without Schwartz’s Design District mainstay, which turns an astonishing 15 years old this March. The landmark restaurant, which earned Schwartz a James Beard Award and is largely credited with putting Miami on the nation’s culinary map, has been given an incredible refresh -- and just in time for the Fest-ivities! To light the birthday candles, Schwartz and MGFD's longtime Executive Chef, Dillion Wolff, have enlisted the help of pal Michael Symon, the ever-exuberant Food Network personality and Cleveland-based chef of Mabel’s BBQ and B Spot Burgers. Together, they’ll curate a boldly flavored, multi-course menu that celebrates MGFD’s signature dishes -- but with a SOBEWFF® twist! Expect these pros to make ample use of the restaurant’s wood-burning oven (now a centerpiece of the space’s thoughtful redesign) as they showcase much of what makes MGFD both a tried-and-true favorite among locals and a top-notch dining destination among Magic City visitors. Put your party hats on because after 15 extraordinary years of service, the “restaurant of honor” at this birthday dinner looks (and tastes) better than ever.

Award-winning actress, director, producer, entrepreneur and activist Eva Longoria Bastón is heading to Miami, and bringing a tasty surprise along with her as she hosts this dazzling tequila-forward dinner at Verde at the Pérez Art Museum Miami. The Mexican-American actress is also a co-founder of Casa Del Sol, the seriously cool, ultra-premium female-influenced tequila brand making waves for both its phenomenal flavor and the sustainable method and craft by which it’s made. For this once-in-a-lifetime dining experience, she’ll be joined by two other disciples of the brand -- chef, Food Network star and curator of Casa Del Sol’s pitch-perfect cocktails and food pairings, Nikki Martin; and fine art and celebrity photographer Brian Bowen Smith, who will showcase some of his most eye-catching works of art as part of the evening’s festivities. And to gild the lily even further, we’ve called on Lorena Garcia, the venerable Venezuelan-born Executive Chef of CHICA (in Miami, Las Vegas and Aspen), to prepare a decadent Latin-flavored menu that expertly complements the sipping tequila’s sweet aroma and smooth, warm taste. Set against the museum’s sweeping views of Biscayne Bay -- and featuring stellar support from Verde’s Executive Chef, Jeremy Shelton -- this SOBEWFF® showstopper will proudly highlight the true spirit of hospitality with each resplendent course.

We couldn’t be more excited about this one, ya’ll! Our friends Karl “Biscuit King'' and Sarah “Boss Lady” Worley, the warm and welcoming couple behind the Nashville-based breakfast haven Biscuit Love, are packin’ up their recipe book to bring their buttery, scratch-made wonders to SOBEWFF® for this buckle-loosening brunch! While the Worleys are no stranger to SOBEWFF®, this is their first Festival pop-up -- a chance to make everything about the Biscuit Love experience, built on the foundation that breakfast can (and should) be for good. Biscuit Love regulars know that the restaurant’s very existence is to support their staff and the local community’s farmers, purveyors, and non-profit organizations. It’s exactly that kind of feel-good atmosphere the Worleys plan to create at SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ modern-industrial hospitality center, and the home of our new SOBEWFF® Pop-Up Series. So round up a few friends and slap a smile on your face because for this jam and jelly-packed meal, we’ve got nothin’ but love.

The House of Ruinart is unlike any other. On September 1st 1729, in Reims, at the heart of the Champagne region, Nicolas Ruinart drafted the founding charter of Maison Ruinart, creating the world’s first ever champagne-producing company. At the heart of Ruinart’ s character is the majestic Chardonnay grape; whose aromatic freshness is the golden thread that is the essence of every Ruinart Cuvée. Sustainable viticulture is critical to the Ruinart ethos, and nurturing biodiversity, reducing its carbon footprint, and eco-friendly packaging, are some of the ways the house of Ruinart is ensuring that the Champagne region and the planet are cared for and respected. Join us for this exclusive seminar as we taste through a range of wines from the first established Champagne house and revel in the beauty, elegance, and expressiveness of the Chardonnay grape. Tel Aviv has often been called “the Miami of the Middle East'' so it seems only natural that the accomplished Israeli chef-restaurateur Eyal Shani has brought his world-renowned HaSalon to the Magic City. With its energetic atmosphere and bold, satisfying flavors, the MasterChef judge’s electric restaurant feels positively tailor-made for Miami Beach. Following highly successful outposts in New York City and Ibiza, its latest adaptation has been triumphantly brought to life by Major Food Group’s Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick and Rich Torrisi, the creative force that took Miami by storm in 2021, scoring back-to-back slam-dunks with CARBONE and ZZ’s Club. Well, as they say, good things come in threes, and HaSalon Miami Beach, which inhabits the historic space formerly occupied by the iconic China Grill, joins MFG’s impressive collection of glamorous, contemporary, and perennially jam-packed hits. These talents have come together to host an exclusive SOBEWFF® brunch, complete with a show-stopping Israeli menu that showcases HaSalon's restless creativity and celebratory spirit paired with Tequila Casa Dragones and sumptuous wines from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to match. We can all look forward to a major afternoon.

Emmy and four-time James Beard Award-winning chef and TV personality Andrew Zimmern is back where he belongs (at the Festival, of course!) for this opulent Korean barbeque-style brunch at COTE, the Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated KOREAN STEAKHOUSE™ that opened in Miami’s Design District in early 2021 under the helm of proprietor Simon Kim and Executive Chef David Shim. After making a red-hot debut with their New York City flagship location (which remains a standout amidst the city’s ever-crowded culinary scene), the pair has brought their considerable talents to the Magic City, crafting a menu that stays true to the original concept while infusing each dish with a Latin and South American edge. For this hyper-elegant SOBEWFF® brunch, Shim and Zimmern will turn up the heat to create a fiery, interactive dining experience that showcases dry-aged meats of the highest quality (prepared on the restaurant’s smokeless state-of-the-art tabletop grills), with richly flavored side dishes to match. We are pleased to bring you on a journey to taste the white gems of viticulture beyond Pinot Grigio. We will share with you the hidden indigenous varietals of Italy, along with some more well-known grapes. The journey will extend from the Island of Sicily, the southern tip of Calabria to the volcanic soils of Campania, into Tuscany and ending in the North with Piedmont, Veneto, and Trentino. A sip trip around Italy to show you all the country has to offer in white wines. Vias Imports seeks to discover and represent rare, high-quality, and family-owned Italian wineries. Our portfolio of producers value quality over quantity production, and they are rooted in tradition, yet look to the future for innovation. A unique journey through space and time: through space to discover how different soils influence the expression of Barolo wine from the same vintage, and through time, where different climatic trends and the passage of time mark the differences. A journey through the history of a winery , a variegated reality, always evolving, which fascinates us with its many faces. The Marchesi di Barolo Estate encompasses vineyards in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato areas: some of the finest in Piedmont, recognized as UNESCO heritage site. The cellars are in the centre of the village of Barolo, right in front of that castle which was once the home to the last Marquises Falletti of Barolo – Carlo Tancredi and Juliette – founders of the winery who first vinify Nebbiolo grapes in a dry style. For this rich and precious grape, Marquise Juliette created magnificent wine cellars to facilitate its fermentation and aging process in large fine oak barrels: Barolo, as we know it today, was born here. When the Falletti dynasty came to an end in 1864 with Marquise Juliette’s death, the winery was donated to the Opera Pia Barolo – a Charity Administration created by Juliette herself – and then acquired in 1929 by the local wine producer Pietro Abbona. Since then, the estate has been under the direction of the Abbonas as their family business. After five generations in the wine business, the mission of the family – today represented by Anna and Ernesto, and their children Valentina and Davide, still consists in knowing how to marry "tradition and evolution” by combining ancient winemaking techniques with the ability to present Barolo in a contemporary way, according to the most authentic and sought-after trends in "Made in Italy" food and winemaking. The Abbonas, armed with great human and winemaking experience, present themselves and their company “Marchesi di Barolo”, as faithful interpreters of the native varietals and their locations, respecting them and rigorously preserving the typical qualities, focusing on the peculiarities of every single vineyards. From the soils to the movement of air on the mountains to the angle and access to the sun, mountain winegrowing presents a unique set of challenges. Yet with exceptional challenges come exceptional rewards. The grapes grown in mountain vineyards have concentrated character and flavor, naturally high acidity, and a structural component that is unrivaled. The resulting wines have incredible weight and texture, a lifting acidity and a backbone of structure that is undeniable and allows for extended aging. This seminar will explore the Wines of Chris Carpenter, who is winemaker for many of Napa Valley’s most prestigious wineries, including Caladan, Cardinale, Lokoya, La Jota Vineyard Co., and Mt. Brave. Over the past two decades, Chris has earned a reputation for taming Napa Valley’s mountain tannins and creating legendary wines from Bordeaux varieties. Tickets to this event will be sold exclusively to members of the host venue. Tickets will not be available for purchase to the general public. As the prolific Academy Award-winning film director Frederico Fellini once said, “Life is a combination of magic and pasta.” If pasta is indeed your love language, we suggest you look no further than this exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner, headlined by the great Stefano Secchi and Fabio Trabocchi. These two Michelin-starred chefs will make sweet (Italian) music as they collaborate on a menu that artfully blends Trabocchi’s contemporary approach to the country’s cuisine with the more rustic (but no less refined) appeal of Secchi, who trained under the peerless Massimo Bottura at the famed Osteria Francescana in Modena before opening Rezdôra in New York City. The handsome, wood-beamed elegance of Fiola’s dining room will set the scene for this intimate dinner, which also features robust Italian wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. After savoring this magnificent meal, don’t be surprised if Fellini’s words begin to take on the soaring, tuneful majesty of a Pavarotti classic. That’s simply Secchi and Trabocchi’s magic at work.

Following culinary school, the Ghanaian American-born Adjepong was offered a job at Voltaggio’s restaurant, VOLT (now Thacher & Rye) which he subsequently turned down to travel and pursue a master’s degree in London. Well, this SOBEWFF® dinner might end up being the full-circle moment we’ve all been waiting for as these supremely gifted chefs come together to develop a menu based on their singular cooking styles. Voltaggio, a James Beard Award nominee and one of the country’s most venerable chefs specializing in Mid-Atlantic cuisine, is the Executive Chef and owner of multiple restaurants across the United States and can currently be seen on the Food Network series, Battle of the Brothers alongside his chef-brother, Michael Voltaggio. His unfussy, farm-to-table approach will serve as the perfect counterpart to fellow Top Chef alum Adjepong’s globally-minded dishes, layered with the complex flavors and aromas of his West African heritage. Joining them for this special SOBEWFF® dinner at RED South Beach is the restaurant’s prodigious owner and Executive Chef, Peter Vauthy, who will round out the menu with classic dishes that transcend the traditional steakhouse experience, complete with expertly paired wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.

There are few culinary destinations that have the kind of staying power of The Slanted Door, Charles Phan’s world-class Vietnamese restaurant that opened in 1995 and has remained a darling of critics and diners alike ever since. (The restaurant now boasts two outposts in San Francisco and San Ramon and a soon-to-open third location in Napa.) The James Beard Award winner is largely credited with elevating the Southeast Asian cuisine in America with his innovative interpretations of classic Vietnamese fare that taste equal parts fresh and familiar. For this transportive dining experience, part of our new SOBEWFF® Pop-Up Series, Phan will serve up his aromatic dishes alongside the team behind one of Miami’s most cherished culinary institutions -- Tung Nguyen, Lyn Nguyen, and Kathy Manning’s Hy Vong. (Devotees of the much-loved Hy Vong can think of this dinner as two pop-ups in one)! These trailblazing women, who co-authored the profoundly moving memoir Mango and Peppercorns, are bringing their own distinctive culinary approach to the evening’s menu, which will feature the fragrant, complex flavors that are the touchstones of Vietnamese cooking. Hosted at SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ modern-industrial hospitality center, this feast of the senses will find its roots in the exquisitely calibrated combination of sweet and savory and in the process, remind you that in life, balance is everything.

Who doesn’t enjoy a great destination meal? This one will take you to Peru (gastronomically speaking, of course) courtesy of James Beard Award winner Stephanie Izard and Diego Oka. For this intimate dinner, Izard, the Iron Chef winner best known for her highly successful Chicago mainstays Girl & the Goat and Little Goat, is taking a page or two from her recipe book at Cabra Cevicheria, the Peruvian-inspired eatery she opened to much acclaim in 2019. Cabra, which translates to “goat” in Spanish, draws inspiration from Izard’s travels throughout Peru, where she captured some of the country’s diverse flavor profiles. Joining Izard on this culinary journey is the extraordinarily gifted Peruvian-born Oka, who has helmed the kitchen at La Mar by Gastón Acurio since 2013. With influences including his grandmother’s cooking, his Japanese-Peruvian heritage and the foods he discovered while living in Mexico and Colombia, Oka brings a deft touch to his kitchen at La Mar -- and to his SOBEWFF® dinners as well. Together, these two titans will execute a boldly flavored menu rivaled only by the sparkling views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Bon vivants enraptured by the taste of Tuscany needn’t look any further than this SOBEWFF® dinner, which unites two culinary impresarios for one exceptionally delicious meal. For this SOBEWFF® soirée, the esteemed cookbook author and former longtime dean of the International Culinary Center’s Italian Studies division will offer up his satisfyingly simple, ingredient-driven classics at Riviera, Fabio Viviani’s coastal Italian concept that brims with the bright effervescence of an Aperol Spritz. The Festival is honored to pay tribute to the outstanding accomplishments of the culinary community’s beloved and iconic Guy Fieri, along with Bill and Peter Deutsch of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. This year’s Tribute Dinner, hosted by Master of Ceremonies and Festival favorite Rachael Ray, will be as vibrant as the careers of these three hospitality pioneers, and will include distinct touches designed to pay homage to both Guy Fieri’s wit and Bill and Peter Deutsch's family flair. The dinner itself will include distinct touches designed to pay homage to both Guy Fieri’s wit and Bill Deutsch and Peter Deutsch family flair. Among the evening's highlights will be an extravagant LIVE Auction led by celebrity auctioneer, Food Network and Cooking Channel star Jeff Mauro, featuring once-in-a-lifetime travel and dining experiences available for bidding. Click here to browse the Tribute Dinner Live Auction lots and start bidding today! Longtime Festival friend Guy Fieri is not just your average chef and restaurateur, he’s created a foodie frenzied culture, deep-frying his way into the hearts of millions with his enormous appetite and even bigger personality. From his New York Times Best-Selling books and Emmy Award-winning shows like Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to Guy’s Grocery Games, this spikey-headed foodie has created the savoriest Food Network shows in existence. But for someone so impressively loud, Fieri stays surprisingly quiet about his extensive charity work. Fieri makes sure any perishables left after filming Guy’s Grocery Games are donated to a nearby shelter. In the 2018 Carr Wildfire devastation in California, Guy and his team prepared and distributed over 2,000 meals to first responders. Recently, the Mayor of Flavortown raised $21 million for restaurant workers affected by COVID-19. Fieri has experienced a huge amount of success in the world of food, and he’s determined to spread both the wealth and the garlic bread. Fieri is also no stranger to hosting the Festival’s most iconic celebrations and in honor of our 21st year, we had to propose a toast to his iconic passion for food, flavor and dedication to the food and beverage industry. Some people are just born to cook and talk and we are thankful for his never-ending puns and passion. The Deutsch family is renowned for its ability to identify unmet consumer needs within the wine and spirits categories and translate them into award winning brands. Bill founded DFWS in 1981 with the vision of running a family-owned company that would import and market fine wines from family-owned producers around the world. Since the company’s inception, it has grown into a top 5 wine company in the USA, selling well over 10 million cases of wine per year. The company has now expanded into the Spirits Category with a portfolio of ultra-premium whiskey, Gin and premium vodka brands. Bill was named Chevalier in 1986 by the French Government, promoted to Officier in 1992, and on to Commandeur of the Ordre National du Mérite Agricole in 2011. In 2012, Bill received France’s prestigious Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur, the highest French decoration for military or civilian service, awarded only for gallantry in action or for twenty years of distinguished service in peacetime. Peter joined the company in 1985, working closely with his father, founder Bill Deutsch, for more than 35 years. Their family-to-family approach, in today’s world of corporate giants, is uniquely valuable and has allowed the company to achieve long-term success. As CEO, Peter has been credited for turning France’s Georges Duboeuf into the No. 1 selling Beaujolais in the country, making the ubiquitous [ yellow tail ] wines from Australia the No. 1 imported brand in the US and building Josh Cellars into the largest premium wine brand in the world. Tribute Dinner attendees will also have access to the Guy Fieri's Late Night After Party hosted by Rev Run, taking place immediately after the dinner!

Adeena Sussman has spent years exploring the aisles of Tel Aviv’s bustling Carmel Market, kibitzing with nearly every vendor she meets in search of the highest-quality ingredients for her recipes, many of which are featured in Sababa: Fresh, Sunny Flavors From My Israeli Kitchen, her gleaming jewel box of a cookbook that won practically every culinary accolade on offer (not to mention the hearts and taste buds of thousands of fans). For this hands-on master class at SGWS Wynwood -- Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ modern-industrial hospitality center -- the prolific food writer and cookbook author will show you why spices are at the heart of the Israeli kitchen, and how you can use them to remarkable effect in your everyday cooking. Together, you’ll concoct a handful of deeply aromatic and resonant seasonings to then take home and use in your own kitchen, including: Yemenite Hawaij, Israeli/Palestinian Za'atar, Levantine Baharat, and one of her special blends -- Sour Lime Rub -- which was originally developed for Sababa before being turned into a packaged blend that is now available for sale via the famed La Boîte. Exuding an earthy warmth reminiscent of a spice you’d expect to find in one of her cupboards, Sussman will demonstrate the countless ways to season some of your favorite dishes. With so many options, it’ll be nearly impossible to pick a favorite. Then again, you know what they say -- variety is the spice of life.
