Description

There’s something almost sacred about really good barbecue. Perhaps it’s the patience required to cook it low and slow until it’s been burnished, browned, and rendered impossibly tender. Or the subtle yet oftentimes substantial differences that make up each chef’s proprietary sauce. Whatever the case may be, we’ve always found a way to highlight the best of this sweet and smokey favorite and this master class hosted by Apocalypse BBQ.

Incredible Apocalypse BBQ origin story: In 2020, they emerged during the Pandemic. Like a phoenix from the ashes! Since day one, they have been proving that they are master crafters of extraordinary BBQ. In their own words (words all who have experienced their mad genius agree with): “Welcome to Apocalypse BBQ, a realm where BBQ dreams transcend the ordinary, and the flames of passion blaze a trail of greatness.” Run don’t walk to this killer event – held at the home of Apocalypse BBQ – at the Killian Greens Golf Club in Miami.
