Description
It’s hard to imagine an American chef who is more passionate about Mexican cuisine than Rick Bayless. It’s true, the Michelin-starred chef, New York Times best-selling author, and seven-time James Beard Award winner remains one of the world’s most fervent champions of the country’s considerable gastronomic gifts – so much so that the Mexican government has even honored him with the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle, the highest decoration bestowed on foreigners whose work has benefitted Mexico and its people. Thankfully, the Chicago-based restaurateur and Daytime Emmy-nominated host of “Mexico – One Plate at a Time” is returning to SOBEWFF® for another slam dunk dinner, where he’ll bring his authentic Mexican flavors to The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, home to the seriously sleek Fuego Y Mar and its Executive Chef, Diogo Porto. Join this dynamite duo as they dish out a zesty Mexican menu that pays tribute to their favorite fiery ingredients and time-honored techniques, perfectly paired with Champagne and cocktails.
