Fresh off the heels of their recognition from the MICHELIN Guide (each received one very prestigious, well-earned star), this unbeatable trifecta starts with Giangrandi and Meyer, whose meticulously conceived, Italian-centric Boia De has consistently garnered raves from critics and consumers alike since it opened its doors in 2019. The two will be joined by the uber-talented Vargas who, with utter warmth and originality, has managed to reconceive what elevated Mexican cuisine can be for Miami diners. Together, these gifted chefs will take over SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ state-of-the-art hospitality center, for an evening no passionate foodie should miss.
