Description
Lucky for us, Miami is home to quite a few extraordinary restaurants – the kind so invested in both substance and style that you instantly feel as if you’re part of some exceptionally well-curated dinner party. Boia De and Los Felix are two such restaurants. So what happens when the chefs of both of these newly minted Michelin-starred hotspots decide to collaborate on a SOBEWFF® dinner? Well, you’ll soon find out as Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer (of Boia De) join forces with Sebastian Vargas (of Los Felix) to headline one of the hottest tickets in town this February. Fresh off the heels of their recognition from the MICHELIN Guide (each received one very prestigious, well-earned star), this unbeatable trifecta starts with Giangrandi and Meyer, whose meticulously conceived, Italian-centric Boia De has consistently garnered raves from critics and consumers alike since it opened its doors in 2019. The two will be joined by the uber-talented Vargas who, with utter warmth and originality, has managed to reconceive what elevated Mexican cuisine can be for Miami diners. Together, these gifted chefs will take over SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ state-of-the-art hospitality center, for an evening no passionate foodie should miss.
