Description
The Daniel Boulud alum returns to his roots at this truly awesome SOBEWFF® dinner at Boulud Sud. Prior to opening the heralded New American, French-inspired Bludorn in Houston, James Beard nominee Aaron Bludorn worked in the kitchen of Café Boulud in New York City. This French-inspired menu will capture so much of what he has learned over the course of his remarkable career – namely, an unwavering commitment to cuisine of the highest caliber. Bludorn will be joined by the talented Stéphane Duchiron, the chef overseeing the kitchen at Ore Ducasse located in the Palace of Versailles; François Payard the iconic third-generation French Pastry Chef; Michael Hernandez, the executive chef of the host restaurant Boulud Sud; and Dieter Samjin, executive chef of Palm Beach’s highly coveted Café Boulud. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Boulud Sud, which draws its inspiration from the coastal Mediterranean, this intimate dinner will unite great chefs, great friends, and great food. What, we ask, could be better than that?
