Description
Get ready for an opulent Italian Sunday Supper, led by the culinary maestro Mario Carbone. You might know him as the genius behind Major Food Group's luxurious concepts, including Parm, Dirty French, and his eponymous restaurant now residing in Miami Beach's trendy South of Fifth neighborhood.
Mario Carbone, a Michelin-starred and James Beard-nominated chef, brings his extraordinary talents to the Festival once again. With a culinary journey that includes training under luminaries like Daniel Boulud, Wylie Dufresne, and Mark Ladner, Chef Carbone is set to prepare a menu that pays homage to the great Italian-American restaurants of the mid-century.
Step into the retro-glam restaurant, still the hottest ticket in town, and for one special night, SOBEWFF® is granting you full VIP access to savor its lavish style and Chef Carbone's remarkable revival of flavors. With robust Italian wine pairings from the Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits portfolio, this swanky soirée will transport you back in time to the golden age of glamour and good old-fashioned fun. It's all courtesy of SOBEWFF®.
