And speaking of nice guys – Chef Lilly has invited fellow Alabamian Adam Evans, the Executive Chef and owner of Automatic Seafood & Oysters, and Claudio Lobina, the formidable Executive Chef of The Patio at Continuum, to co-host this unmissable Festival dinner. Evans, who just picked up a well-deserved James Beard Award for Best Chef: South, is known for his expertly crafted seafood dishes, featuring fish primarily sourced from the Gulf of Mexico and oysters from waters along the Southern and Eastern coastlines. For this exclusive dinner, expect a generous helping of surf and turf as these two Alabama buddies serve up a skillfully balanced menu paired with rich, complex and boldly structured wines from the Wagners, the family that brought you Caymus from Napa. It will all add up to an unmissable evening of stargazing as one of Miami’s premier beachfront residences sets the scene for a celebration of land and sea.
