Description
Join two top-rated chefs for what is sure to be an unforgettable dining experience. Jamie Bissonette is the James Beard Award—winning chef and former partner in Boston favorites Coppa, an Italian enoteca, Toro, the Barcelona-style tapas bar, Little Donkey, Cambridge's eclectic neighborhood restaurant and Faccia e Faccia. Bissonnette will be joining forces with Culinary Director and Executive Chef Andrew Zarzosa, of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale and Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
Passionate about his profession, Zarzosa's exposure to diverse cultures and cuisines offers a sense of place with his cuisine and will give guests the unique opportunity to experience his worldly style within Miami’s bustling downtown neighborhood, accompanied by wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. Experience these two maestros’ culinary expertise in the modern and sophisticated ambiance of EDGE Brasserie and Cocktail Bar, a modern cut of steakhouse in the Four Seasons Miami in the heart of Brickell.
