Description

We’re gettin’ tiki with it - na na na na nanana - as spirit expert and Festival favorite, Gio Gutierrez aka @ChatChowTV, is joined by one of the top tropical barkeeps in the game, Daniele Dalla Pola -  a self-proclaimed connoisseur of exotic drinks - for a night of virtual tiki fun! Dalla Pola, owner of the unique and sublime Esotico Miami, believes that “the best cocktails are made of rum, with passion, and love,” and that’s exactly what we have in store for you - a night filled with a whole lotta rum and two passionate mixologists that have immense love for their craft. Inspired by indigenous tiki history, beauty, and mythology, sip along with Dalla Pola and Gutierrez as they craft some of Esotico Miami’s trendsetting libations during this tropical cocktail experience broadcast live from SGWS Wynwood!

And as a special treat - it is "Tiki Friday" after all - we’re switching (and shaking) things up a bit by offering a $100 SOBEWFF® 2021 ticket credit to the attendee wearing the best Tiki-chic outfit during this week's cocktail class! We want to see bold patterns, bright colors and tropical-inspired flair that transport you and your fellow virtual attendees to a faraway island in the South Pacific. Because let’s be honest, we could all use a vacation right now.

Please note: Cocktails for this class are made with the following base spirits: rum. Other modifiers may be required and will be outlined in the recipes.
