Known for his signature “Progressive American” style and cuisine, James Beard Award winner Charlie Palmer is considered one of the most highly regarded chefs and boutique hoteliers working today. For this SOBEWFF® dining experience at the exclusive Fisher Island Club, the Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur will be joined by his Chief Culinary Officer, and one of New York City’s brightest talents, Harold Moore. The two are set to collaborate with Antonio Bachour, the seriously gifted chef and pastry wizard at the helm of Bachour Miami and Tablé Bachour (in Miami) and Bachour Mérida and HABIBI (in Mexico). Rounding out this formidable foursome is Josh Becker, Fisher Island Club’s Director of Culinary Operations, whose impressive career includes stints at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and Celebrity Cruises. Beautifully enhanced with fine wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, this dinner’s enchanting multi-course menu will showcase each chef’s penchant for robust flavors and unexpected combinations.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
