Description

Michael Schwartz, the enduringly prosperous chef known for his culinary empire – which includes the Design District staple, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink – is a welcome presence to any Festival, especially ours. (Okay, so we’re just a tiny bit biased!) This year, the James Beard Award winner is teaming up with another one of the industry’s most skillful chefs to develop a pitch-perfect SOBEWFF® dinner menu that’s anything but ordinary. Enter Chris Cosentino, the always entertaining meat-centric chef known for Acacia House (in Napa Valley), Rosalie (in Houston), and the now closed but fondly remembered Cockscomb (in San Francisco). These two titans share more than just an affinity for dark-rimmed glasses; they’re both world-class culinarians who always seem to find new ways of pushing the boundaries of what’s possible when it comes to cooking delicious, approachable food. Join them at Harry’s Pizzeria Miami Beach, the ideal industrial-modern setting for this palate-pleasing dinner party with two great friends.
