Description

Una Noche Cubana NEEDS the essential touch of rum for your favorite Cuban classic cocktails with the brands that made them, BACARDI Reserva Ocho and Havana Club! Prepare for a dining experience where passion, talent, and love come together both in and out of the kitchen. Michelle Berstein and David, partners at the restaurant and in real life (yes, they're married!) make the perfect pairing that extends beyond the kitchen. Michelle Bernstein is a James Beard Award winning celebrity chef, television personality, cookbook author and restaurateur. Bernstein and David own and run Miami hot spots Cafe La Trova, Sweet Liberty, La Cañita and Senora Martinez. This perfect pair will be joined by Gio Gutierrez (aka @ChatChowTV), who is the Miami authority on all things Cuban and all things cocktails! Together, these three have a combination of culinary excellence and mixology prowess, who individually and collectively have left a lasting mark on Miami's dining and beverage scene.

Under the guidance of Michelle, David, and Gio, this will be food and drinks for your soul - and your belly! Be prepared to stir your senses, invigorate your taste buds and immerse yourself into the tropical legacy and aging of BACARDI in the Rum Room.Get ready to hit the dance floor and groove to the rhythm with a blend of sabor and lively salsa dancing – the perfect pairing – indeed!
