Description
Taking place at The Hangar in Coconut Grove, America's beloved, live fire, food and wine culinary experience Heritage Fire, will make its way to Miami for a grand finale. This live-fire food and wine extravaganza will feature the winners from the tour's 2023 stops. The all-star line-up of chefs and artisans will each cook globally-inspired Heritage-breed proteins with offerings including beef, whole pigs, chicken, as well as artisan cheeses and heirloom vegetables sure to deliver an unforgettable experience starring honest food from real farmers.
Of course, there will be beverage pairings courtesy of top purveyors from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. After you’ve indulged in each dish, you’ll witness the crowning of one chef as the "Grand Finale Heritage Hero Champion". It's a culinary showdown where the winner takes it all! This new event will be sizzling hot and destined for the record books! We already know it will be good because, well, "If it's Goya... it has to be good!"
