Description

When it comes to rum, Jaguar Sun co-founder Will Thompson only accepts the best. For this rum-centric mixology lesson, Thompson, who was named one of the country’s best new mixologists by Food & Wine and Boston’s best bartender by Boston Magazine in 2017, will team up with fellow rum connoisseur, host Gio Gutierrez, to teach viewers how to put a compelling twist on some of their favorite tropical drinks. Gutierrez and Thompson will also be joined by Anne Louise Marquis, the National Portfolio Ambassador for Campari America, a leader in beverage education and the 2018 Best Brand Ambassador at the Tale of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, to share her spirit knowledge. Utilizing a selection of carefully-curated rums from Appleton Estate and Wray & Nephew, mix along as Thompson and Gutierrez artfully craft elevated cocktails that may seem complex at first, but go down smoothly! Broadcast live from SGWS Wynwood, join us for a (virtual) tropical getaway, as the smooth flavors of your cocktail creations wash away all your worries!
