Creating inventive cocktails with eclectic flavor profiles seems to be James MacInnes’ philosophy as the Bar Manager at KYU Miami, a wood-fired and Asian-inspired restaurant in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. To kick off our virtual Sip with #SOBEWFF series, MacInnes will join host - and Instagram food and drink maestro - Gio Gutierrez aka @ChatChowTV for an interactive, live cocktail-making class featuring KYU’s Asian-inspired signature cocktails - Raging Geisha, Wynwood Mule and Crushing It. Join us to learn MacInnes and Gutierrez’s tricks of the trade and put a refreshing spin on your Friday night, during this Insta-worthy experience broadcast live from one of Miami’s newest venues, SGWS Wynwood!
Please note: Cocktails for this class are made with the following base spirits: Japanese whisky, vodka, and rye whiskey. Other modifiers may be required and are outlined in the recipes.
