Description
The result of two dynamic, award-winning chefs with different sensibilities joining forces? A dinner as unique and original as they are. Brad Kilgore, a Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef'' and James Beard-nominated fixture of Miami’s culinary community is known for his progressive American cuisine that highlights indigenous Floridian ingredients. Kilgore is chef/owner of five Miami restaurants: Kaido, Ember, Alter, Brava and MaryGold’s Florida Brasserie, where this special dinner will take place. Austrian-born Markus Glocker is known for his unique take on contemporary French cuisine – which gets rave reviews at Koloman, his restaurant in New York City. Glocker is celebrated for his elegant and precise attention to detail. Featuring superb selections from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, the duo’s revelatory menu will take on an air of approachable luxury which will be set against the backdrop of MaryGold’s Brasserie, a classic, yet eclectic haven muse amidst the hustle and bustle of the Wynwood Arts District.
