A Tribute to Alex Guarnaschelli and Alexandre Ricard

Join us at the Festival’s host hotel, Loews Miami Beach, as we honor two icons alongside some of the hospitality industry’s biggest and brightest stars! Emceed by 2018 Tribute Dinner honoree Bobby Flay, this year’s star-studded celebration will toast award-winning chef, cookbook author, and television personality Alex Guarnaschelli and Chief Executive Officer of Pernod Ricard, Alexandre Ricard. For this once-in-a-lifetime experience, a sensational menu will be prepared by Alex's famous chef friends, expertly paired with some of the finest wines from the Pernod Ricard portfolio.
