Description
This dinner can best be described in two words: stellar mashup. The four extraordinary chefs at the helm will be bringing their best to this culinary show of shows. When Chris Bianco started Pizzeria Bianco in the back corner of a Phoenix grocery store in 1988, he had no idea that he would become a driving force in the artisanal pizza movement. He’s currently chef-owner of Pizzeria Bianco (two locations in Phoenix) along with two Pane Bianco restaurants.
Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja is a 2022 James Beard Award Finalist Nominee (Best Chef New York State). Ayesha is the executive chef at Shuka, Vicki Freeman and Marc Meyer’s Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, where she serves a menu of provocative dishes that highlight local, seasonal ingredients, drawing on the rustic, vibrant flavors found throughout Italy, Morocco and Tunisia.
Michael Symon cooks with soul, having grown up in a Greek and Sicilian family. The Cleveland native shares his exuberant, approachable cooking style and infectious laugh as an Iron Chef on Food Network. Michael is chef/owner of more than 18 restaurants, including Lola and Mabel’s BBQ in downtown Cleveland, B-Spot Burgers throughout Ohio, Angeline at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and Mabel’s BBQ and Sara’s at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
James Beard award-winner Marc Vetri is the chef and founder of Philadelphia’s critically acclaimed Vetri Cucina. Following years of accolades at Vetri Cucina, Marc opened various restaurants all of which played integral roles in Philadelphia’s restaurant resurgence.
This exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner will prove that when it comes to redefining classics, these four tastemakers have all the right stuff.
