The master himself is making his much-anticipated return to SOBEWFF® and we couldn’t be more thrilled! The ever-busy chef, restaurateur and 2013 SOBEWFF® Tribute Dinner honoree, who runs a staggering 53 restaurants and 15 hotels around the world, is rolling up his sleeves (not to mention his highly sought-after sushi) as he once again presides over the kitchen of his namesake restaurant located inside the Nobu Hotel Eden Roc, alongside fellow Nobu chefs Thomas Buckley and Jake Eaton. Expect the unexpected as the trio blends Japanese and Peruvian ingredients in perfect harmony to deliver an inventive menu that awakens your palate with fresh, clean and exotic flavors, accented by pitch-perfect wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. It’s worth noting that the restaurant’s plush, golden-toned patio, which has been bedecked in Nobu’s signature style, features delicate paper lanterns that seem to be floating on air. A word of caution: After this dreamy lunch, you might be too.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
