Longtime “Chopped” judge and Season with Authority author Marc Murphy is trading the judges’ table for the dining table as he headlines this thoughtfully curated SOBEWFF® dinner at one of Miami Beach’s premier oceanside oases alongside “Top Chef” alum Antonia Lofaso and Eden Roc Miami Beach's Ocean Social Executive Chef, Tristen Epps. Murphy is the classically trained chef responsible for some of New York City's most beloved former haunts (including Landmarc and Ditch Plains) while the charismatic Lofaso has long been heralded for her modern interpretations of old-school Italian cooking. Together, the pair will serve up a skillfully balanced seasonal menu filled with fresh, locally sourced ingredients punctuated by pitch-perfect wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. With steady support from rising star Epps, who brought Marcus Samuelsson's vision to life at Red Rooster Overtown, it’s an unmissable evening under the stars that celebrates coastal cuisine and laid-back luxury in equal measure.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
