I am Chef Ana Maria Herrera from Ibagué Colombia and we prepare delicious traditional Colombian food, our clients enjoy our dishes without leaving home, creating a true experience that combines flavor and service.
Our family business Sabor Colombia US, started in 2016 after trying many restaurants and not finding a true Tamal Tolimense or Lechona Tolimense that would transport us with the flavor of our Colombian roots.
Our mission is to ensure our clients have a true Colombian experience through their palates. Currently there are more than 5,000 Colombians in Miami and South Florida to whom we have brought our flavor to their doorstep and day by day we continue to add Colombian products to our menu. We currently have more than 8 products that, in addition to being delicious, identify us as Colombians.
