From Puebla Mexico, Antonio has been living in Miami for 8 years. With 18 years of experience in the Culinary industry, Antonio is the GITANO Miami Executive Chef and also helping with other locations. Antonio has been part of renown restaurants in different cities and countries, most recently he was part of the opening of Le Sirenuse Miami at the Four Seasons Hotel at the Surfclub in 2017. Antonio has been able to take the GITANO menu to the next level with the rich, authentic flavors of Mexico served with a modern twist.
