Burger Beast
Sef Gonzalez, better known as Burger Beast, opened up a blogger account in September 2008 with the hopes to document his burger excursions around South Florida and beyond. He then turned his eyes toward culinary events including the 1st food truck event in the State of Florida. The Beast and his wife Marcela curate and produce very Miami food gatherings throughout the year like Croquetapalooza and this year’s Vice City Tapas.
