Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar was established in 2012 in the Southern Miami City of Kendall. This Peruvian hotspot was developed and founded by Chef Carlos Brescia (aka Dr. Limon) and partners Jose Antonio Combina and Fiorella Terrazas. Dr. Limon was creatively designed from scratch to go with the theme of a Medical institution, which is present in so many of the extensive menu items, highlighting an array of Ceviches that is unmatched. At the core of the Dr. Limon philosophy and mission is to bring health, good service, and culture together under one roof. Our chef brings traditional recipes from Peru and gives his own contemporary twist to them. We pride ourselves on our fresh ingredients, decadent flavors, and overall cultural experience.
Dr. Limon Hallandale opened it’s doors January of 2019 and has since become the local peruvian spot for Hallandale Beach and the surronding area. We are grateful to have cultivated a large loyal team and clients, without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We have received numerous awards, including the local Greater FTL Food & Wine Best Bite Judge’s Choice award.
