Chris Hudnall
Born in Tempe, Arizona, Chris Hudnall was drawn to the hospitality industry from a young age. At just 16-years-old, Chris started his career as a busser, quickly working his way up the bartending ladder. In 2005, he landed his first hotel stint at the Mondrian Scottsdale.
In 2008, Chris moved to Miami where he worked as a member of the opening team at the new Mondrian South Beach. Chris developed his operations skills for the next two years and then left to lead the opening beverage team at Soho Beach House in 2010. He became the North American Director of Bars in 2014, overseeing all beverage operations for the expansion across the country. This included seven private membership clubs and five public restaurants, while managing design and operations for new markets including Austin, Nashville, San Francisco, Mexico City, and more
With extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry thanks to decades of leadership at companies like Morgans Hotel Group, Trust Hospitality, and Soho House & Co., and with more than seven openings under his belt, Chris was ready to take the next step.
Now in 2022, Chris Hudnall and Randy Alonso serve as the co-founders of Lost Boy & Co., Miami’s beloved hospitality group, operating a portfolio of culinary concepts including Lost Boy Dry Goods, Tropezon, Fox’s Lounge, Mayfair Grill, and Sipsip. The group continues to expand with several new openings planned for 2022 through 2023. These include two new culinary concepts coming to Miami Beach, as well as a new hotel and F&B concept in Austin, Texas.
