Armando Febles
Chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s Pan-Latin steakhouse Toro Toro, located inside Miami’s iconic downtown luxury hotel InterContinental Miami continues to create the ultimate dining experience for locals and hotel guests with its talented and growing team. The team recently appointed Armando Jose Febles as the signature restaurant’s Executive Chef. A native Floridian, Febles found a love for cooking at a young age and discovered his passion for food while attending Le Cordon Bleu Miami.
A talented culinary expert, the appointment of Febles brings the Toro Toro culinary team to the next level. As Executive Chef, he leads all culinary operations, including restaurant and menu development, quality of food and kitchen staff. Febles most recently held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Papi Steak in Miami. In 2016, he served as Chef De Partie at BLT Prime in Doral. In 2014, Febles held the role of Sous Chef at Morimoto in Miami Beach. He looks forward to bringing his energetic, passionate and family-inspired cooking style to Toro Toro.
