Jeff Masanz
Born in Cedar Rapids Iowa, Jeff Masanz found his love for the kitchen through good home cooking living on a farm. Masanz began his career in Tucson Arizona at the Westin La Paloma with an acceptance into the A.C.F.E.I. accredited Culinary Apprenticeship Program. Throughout the apprenticeship, Chef Jeff challenged himself by competing in many culinary competitions receiving numerous awards. Since graduating, Masanz has held essential positions in notable establishments such as the Miami Biltmore, the Boca Raton Resort and Club, The Conrad in Miami and The Diplomat Beach Resort. Currently serving as the Executive Chef of Banquets at The Bath Club in Miami, guests can enjoy Masanz’s approach to seasonal cuisine where he uses regional sustainable ingredients. Chef Jeff Masanz is a consummate teacher and a true professional, with strong passion for cooking. When Masanz is not in the kitchen, guests can find him actively spending time with family, wood working, and entertaining friends and family.
