Jeremiah Bullfrog
Born and raised in the 305, Chef Jeremiah cooks.
His unmistakable cuisine has been served to presidents, princes, pro athletes, music moguls, and more than his fair share of Magic City movers and shakers. He brought the first modern food truck to Miami — gastroPod — fashioned from a vintage Airstream trailer and fed you all the goods for less than 10 bucks.
The man had his own show on Complex Networks, where he traveled to great American cities incorporating local culture into meals that reflected back the vibes for a global audience.
Now, Chef Jeremiah is focused on pizza — damn good pizza. Specifically, Detroit-style, with its airy-yet-crisp crust. Using a proprietary pan, he bakes cheese right between the dough and the pan to form a delicious, cracker-like texture, topped with sauce so good you can eat it with a spoon.
As the homie himself says: “Pizza is three things: cheese, sauce, crust, and each needs to be on point. Great ingredients, great technique, don’t f*ck it up. That’s the secret.”
