Karla Ibarra
Karla Ibarra is an American, born in Costa Rica in 1979 and migrated to the United States in 1994, directly to Miami. Her hospitality career was launched at Marriott International, working her way up from Beach Server, to Sales Coordinator, to Controller. In 2008, she returned to San José, Costa Rica, to open one of the most popular restaurants, Home Sushi & Italian.
Karla has been a Restauranteur every since. Fourteen years as business owner, she consistently pursues high-quality standards in products and customer service.
In 2019, Karla created the brand Holy Avocado, a revolutionary, healthy fast-food concept with the main purpose to keep society healthy, with clean and fresh ingredients. Avocado is the star superfood used in all items in Holy Avocado’s menu, providing enormous health benefits to customers. The purpose is to incorporate Avocados into people’s diets, in food items everyone has always liked to eat.
Holy Avocado is the next Fast Food generation, a concept to help people improve their eating habits, being part of the movement to eliminate harmful -fast junk food chains- that has been so bad to everyone in the las 4 decades.
