Katherine Jordan
Chef Katherine Jordan was born and raised in Cali, Colombia where her interest in food started with a love of cooking for friends and family. After culinary school, she pursued a rotational program exploring several roles from chef to kitchen manager which laid the foundation for her now seven-year culinary career. Her resume includes several different dining & hospitality venues like Radisson & NH Collection, catering companies, & restaurants. Chef Katherine moved to the United States four years ago to further grow her professional experience in Miami’s diverse culinary landscape. She was previously the sous chef for Salvaje and is now the Executive Chef for The Dirty Rabbit Group – a premiere hospitality group that owns & operates several restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues throughout Miami including La Tiendita Taqueria, The Mad Butcher, The Dirty Rabbit, One K Raw, MAD Club, and more.
