Kelly Hunter
My name is Kelly Hunter. My journey began as a young teenager in Miami, Florida during the 1990’s by cooking, grilling and making my own sauces for family functions and holiday events. I later attended college, majoring in Hospitality Management while aspiring to create delicious cuisines and premium flavors. In 2008, a year after graduating, I incorporated my food service company, “King of Foods, Inc.” I was considered by local customers and peers as the “BBQ Grill Master”.
As my reputation grew, I continued to introduce delicious flavors & varieties of Seasonings, Spices, Sauces & Marinades to local and national festivals as well as concerts. A noted milestone was my creation and production of the annual “BBQ, Beer, Wine, & Jazz Festival”. The festival was such a huge success, we developed local and national partnerships with the mayor and non-profit organizations such as “Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation”. In 2013, I had the privilege of working as a personal chef and preparing healthy yet delicious gourmet meals for several world-renowned celebrities in South Florida.
In 2014, I was able to negotiate with an international spice and seasoning company in Florida while simultaneously relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina.
Charlotte and neighboring cities immediately embraced “King of Foods, Inc. Everyone has their favorite flavor of my products that are sold in Big Box stores such as Publix and Harris Teeter.

My mission is to bring premium flavor solutions to everyone’s dinner table by making every meal a great meal!
