Kyle Lawson
Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, Kyle has spent the last 11 years cooking and managing a variety of different kitchens and even a vegan bakery. His passion for food started when he was young and hungry. Kyle would always create different and unusual food for himself and sometimes his siblings. After discovering his passion for cooking, he started a job as a servers assistant at a steakhouse in Pennsylvania. Kyle quickly gravitated towards the kitchen and began cooking within a couple weeks. After mastering all aspects of the kitchen, Kyle began managing, which was what he attended college for. Looking for something new and more challenging, Kyle left the kitchen and found a local and world-famous bakery; Vegan Treats, where he became the new General Manager. The vegan bakery was anything but similar to a steakhouse, but one thing was the same; Kyle’s passion for working with a great team of employees. In 2020, Kyle and his wife moved to southern Florida to help run the restaurant, Don Lolo’s. Kyle and the Don Lolo’s team are currently in the process of moving their business to a new location on Hallandale Beach Blvd. At the same time, they are also working towards expanding their outreach locally.
