Marco (Mall) Molinet is an artist, producer, creator, the executive chef and founder of Hip Hop Eatery.
Hip Hop Eatery is an culinary experience that fulfills all five senses through the art of Hip Hop. SOUND through your favorite hip hop music, VISION through the graffiti murals, FEEL through customer service and the authenticity of the culture, SMELL the essences of the traditional caribbean & southern black seasonings and TASTE the realness of artistic, cultural cuisines.
Marco Mall had this vision over two years ago to create a mobile restaurant that could help activate vacant land in neighborhoods being gentrified to create a vehicle of economic inclusion, beautification and pride of communities. So he recruited several friends that specialize in multiple facets of business to create Hip Hop Eatery. A mobile full kitchen restaurant that can serve over 2,000 meals a day and allows us the opportunity of operating multiple restaurants in one space and the opportunity to take advantage of food delivery apps in high traffic areas. We now own over (7) restaurants, in (4) container restaurants and have served over 20,000 meals.
