While he adores all baked goods, the traditional “double baked” mandel bread that he grew up eating, fit with its crusty and often hard exterior, didn’t quite do it for Michael. With a little love, and tinkering through the years, Michael perfected his secret recipe to create the perfect mandel bread – Michael’s Mandel Bread – which is fit for his palette (and hopefully yours too!). Unlike any other mandel bread on the market, Michael’s is soft, cookie-like, uniquely flavorful, and curated with love and care. It is not a cookie. It is not a cake. It is in a league of its own.
