Charlie Peroulas
Charlie Peroulas is the product of Greek parents who taught him the lessons of hard work, hospitality, and the American dream. After graduating from Emory University and the Culinary Institute of America, Charlie embarked on his career path in restaurant life by joining the family business. Following in the steps of his father and uncles, Charlie continues to share the food that has made Pizza Palace a landmark for over 60 years.
Being featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives” in season one in 2007 and again on “DDD Takeout” in 2020, gives Charlie the opportunity to share the the Pizza Palace experience with people from all over the country.
