Ricardo Trillos
Ricardo “Cao” Trillos is a chocolate maker and chocolatier at Cao Chocolates. He is well known for his chocolate confections, for being the first chocolate maker in South Florida making chocolate from scratch, for growing cacao locally and making chocolate with Miami cacao beans. He has over 15 years of experience in the field. Was name Best chocolatier of Miami in 2019 by Miami New Times, recipient of different local awards and participant of Guy’s Groceries Games in 2017. Cao is also the host of “Cao Chocolates: chocolate tastings” where more than 18,000 attendees around the world has been learning about chocolate, secrets and benefits.
