After years of developing and executing concepts for other restaurateurs, the Brothers (Robert, Ruben, and Giancarlo Rodriguez) pursued their dream of establishing their own brand when they introduced the local favorite weekend-only brunch pop up called “Barn Bites” inside of the Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood, FL.
The brothers garnered praise by multiple nominations for their two-day eatery at the farmers market in Miami New Times Best of 2017 categories for ‘Best Restaurant of Hollywood FL’ & ‘Best Fried Chicken’ finishing top 5 respectably in both categories
Coop, located inside St. Roch Market in Midtown Miami’s Design District is the newest fast-casual American Southern Concept brought to you by the brothers with the help of Maria Torres, a veteran in all areas of Front of House and restaurant management. Together, this collective has a combined 30 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
