I’m a Network News Television Reporter who became an accidental baker and my Partner is a Frenchman, who divides his time between Paris and Miami. A few years ago, I took these French Brownies to my workplace at Univision as left overs, it was never my intention to sell them. When everyone tried them, they loved them and wanted to order, but I never took them seriously. A week later they handed me a long list with people’s names who wanted to buy them, and I couldn’t believe it. The more I said no, the more they wanted them. I decided to bake them some, put them in cute box and well, the rest is history, the orders didn’t stop after that! Shortly after I was featured on TV shows, radio, food blogs, magazine articles and Miami New Times. We have several flavors including dark chocolate, dark and white chocolate and coconut and white chocolate. They’re also popular with celebrities and on more than one occasion we’ve also had the honor of being chosen by the University of Miami to have our French Brownies at their annual Gala at the home of U.M President Dr. Julio Frenk.
