Husband and wife, Daniel Figueredo and Rosa Romero are the dynamic duo behind the nation’s most famous Cuban sandwich shop— SANGUICH™.
Daniel, having a design and engineering background, and Rosa a legal professional of over 17 years, decided to leave their careers and develop a Cuban sandwich concept rooted in tradition and authenticity. It was to be a culmination of the senses; Cuban music filling the background with banging of the drums, gold leaf and encaustic floors would entertain your eyes and the aroma of ham and lechon cooking, lingers the room.
Utilizing their corporate experiences, Daniel and Rosa spent a year combing over every detail of their business venture before a sandwich was ever made. After mastering the ingredients and the process they officially opened their brick-and-mortar in 2017. Four years later, Sanguich™ has become the gold standard of the industry.
