Description

Widely regarded as the “jewel in the crown” at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®, the illustrious Tribute Dinner has been hailed as "the Oscars of wine and food." Set against the backdrop of the Loews Miami Beach, the Festival will pay homage to two luminaries who have left an indelible mark on the realm of hospitality.

This year, we raise our glasses to the culinary virtuoso, Massimo Bottura, the visionary maestro behind the revered Osteria Francescana, a culinary sanctuary adorned with three Michelin stars, nestled in the heart of Modena, Italy. A lasting fixture among the pantheon of culinary greatness, Bottura's name consistently graces the upper echelons of the world's culinary luminaries. He stands tall in the company of the 2019 TIME 100's most influential personalities, a testament to his remarkable influence beyond the kitchen. Massimo Bottura extends his culinary skills to a resounding global platform, advocating tirelessly for the noble causes of reducing food waste, championing healthy and sustainable food systems, and spearheading the charge to safeguard our environment and preserve biodiversity through sustainable culinary practices and meticulous ingredient sourcing.

Luca Garavoglia, the esteemed Chairman of Campari Group, commands our admiration as the steward of a company with roots dating back to 1860, marking the birth of its iconic brand and signature red aperitif, Campari. Ascending to the role of Chairman in 1994, Luca has masterfully steered Campari Group to its current zenith, an indomitable force in the global beverage industry, gracing 190 countries with its illustrious portfolio of distinguished brands, including the legendary Campari, Aperol, Espolon Tequila, SKYY Vodka, Wild Turkey, Grand Marnier, and Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum.

For the evening, we have assembled a world-class roster of chefs who shall orchestrate a symphony for your senses. The stellar ensemble of chefs for the 2024 Tribute Dinner: Alain Ducasse, a luminary in his own right, standing tall as one of only two chefs worldwide to have been adorned with over 20 Michelin stars; Mauro Colagreco, the maestro of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur, ensconced in the picturesque Menton, France; Albert Adrià Acosta, chef at Enigma, a Michelin one-star treasure in Barcelona, Spain; Jordi Roca i Fontané, the alchemist of pastries at El Celler de Can Roca, a Michelin three-star haven in Girona, Spain; Antonio Bachour, named World Best Pastry Chef in 2022 and last but certainly not least, Bernardo Paladini, chef de cuisine at Massimo Bottura's Torno Subito, in Miami, Florida. Prepare to embark on an epicurean odyssey expertly paired with some of the finest wines and spirits from the Campari Group portfolio.

We are thrilled to announce that Nadia, the Pasta Queen, will be taking on the role of Master of Ceremonies for this year's Tribute Dinner. Hailing from the eternal city of Rome, Nadia's deep connection to pasta is rooted in her family's rich legacy, which dates back to the 1800s in Southern Italy. With her vibrant energy and an unwavering passion for Italian cuisine, Nadia Munno embodies the ideal MC to lead an evening that promises to be nothing short of unforgettable.

Notable honorees from past years read like a who's who of the culinary world, including luminaries such as Alain Ducasse, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Eric Ripert, Maguy Le Coze, Ferran Adrià, Jose Andres, Francis Ford Coppola, Baron Eric de Rothschild, Christophe Navarre, Jim Clerkin, and a myriad of other legendary figures who have left an indelible mark on the realm of hospitality.

Another stellar highlight: An extravagant Auction featuring once-in-a-lifetime travel and dining experiences will be available for bidding.
