Also showcasing her culinary chops is Hillary Sterling, Executive Chef of Ci Siamo, Union Square Hospitality Group's live-fire restaurant located in the Manhattan West neighborhood. Set against the lush backdrop of Turnberry’s 100-year-old Banyan tree and featuring deluxe wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, this exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner will show you that when it comes to redefining classics, this trio of tastemakers is most certainly the team to beat.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
