Celebrate the Festival’s 25th anniversary with an all-new finale that unites iconic chefs, unforgettable flavors, and the spirit of SOBEWFF® on the sand. Hosted by Andrew Zimmern and fueled by the high-energy beats of Grammy-nominated DJ CASSIDY, 25 Years of Legendary Bites & Iconic Sips is an open-air celebration featuring endless bites, top-shelf cocktails, and a buzzing dance floor till the final toast. A fitting finale for 25 incredible years.

Bacon Jam Smashburger |

Ingredients:
2 2.5oz Schweid & Sons® Signature Blend Sliders
1 Burger Bun
1 Slice Swiss Cheese
2 TBSP Bacon Jam
Instructions:
1. Place sliders on a hot griddle and smash flat with a grill press or spatula.
2. Flip once the edges are crispy brown and add cheese to one patty.
3. Spread bacon jam on each patty, stack, and set aside.
4. Toast buns and stack your double smashburgers.
