Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®) is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. The Festival took place February 19 – 22, 2026.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

The Pio Cesare Family has been crafting Nebbiolo, one of the most important and iconic Italian native grape variety, in his historical cellars in the heart of the city of Alba, in Piedmont, since 1881. In this seminar we will present how the Nebbiolo grape can majestically adapt to the terroir of Langhe region with its particular terroir, soil, microclimate and hillside exposures; producing diverse expressions of Barolo and Barbaresco, as expressed throughout the Pio Cesare style. We will celebrate the high profile of the 2021 vintage, traditional yet contemporary; matching the traditional “blending” philosophy of Barolo “Pio” and Barbaresco “Pio” with the single-vineyard approach of Barolo “Ornato”, Barolo “Mosconi” and Barbaresco “Il Bricco”.
