The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One auctions offer extravagant getaways, insider experiences, gourmet dinners, unique selections of rare wines and extraordinary luxury goods.
One of the most significant sources of funds generated during the Festival are from the auctions held throughout, and leading up to Festival weekend. In 2026, the Festival auctions generated more than $500,000 for Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management for student scholarships and programs, faculty advancement, state-of-the-art teaching facilities, and more!
In addition to select onsite auctions during Festival weekend, the Festival hosts two online auctions:
