Is the Festival ADA accesible?
Yes. To request materials in accessible format, register a service animal and/or secure an accommodation, please contact FIU’s Office of Civil Rights Compliance and Accessibility (OCRCA) at 305.348.2785 or [email protected] at least two weeks in advance of the event. To request accommodation, guest must complete the four forms listed on OCRCA’s website and submit the forms to OCRCA at least two weeks prior to the event. A determination letter will be sent to guests at least three working dates before the event. TTY users may also call 711 (Florida Relay Service), or can call the box office at 866.271.8540 to purchase tickets. NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED.
