Set inside the Bosch, Thermador & Gaggenau Showroom by BSH Home Appliances in the Miami Design District, the dinner unfolds in a space where cutting-edge design and world-class culinary craftsmanship meet—creating the perfect backdrop for an evening with one of America’s most celebrated chefs.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu showcasing Bobby Flay’s bold, signature flavors, with tequila pairings thoughtfully selected to elevate each dish and enhance the story behind every bite. Seasonal ingredients, inspired pairings, and unparalleled access come together for a night as rare as it is unforgettable.
Throughout the night, Bobby will offer personal stories, professional insights, and the inspirations behind his dishes and illustrious career, giving guests rare access to his creative process in an intimate setting. Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. The Festival cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
