Chef Aaron May is an acclaimed American chef and restaurateur known for his bold, flavorful cuisine and dynamic presence in the culinary world. Originally from Chicago, May studied in Paris at L’Ecole Escoffier before honing his skills in some of the finest kitchens in New York. He has worked in kitchens across the United States and Europe, gaining experience under renowned chefs.
May is best known for founding several popular restaurants, including Over Easy, and for his regular appearances on Food Network shows like Guy’s Grocery Games, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and Guy’s Ranch Kitchen, where he is a frequent collaborator with Guy Fieri. In addition to his work as a chef, Aaron May is a successful culinary consultant and has been involved in numerous food ventures, helping develop menus and concepts for restaurants nationwide. Currently May serves as chief product officer at Golden West Food Group, a premium manufacturer and distributor or fine food products based in California and Texas.
