Coffee Guild at FIU
The Coffee Guild at FIU is a student-run pillar of the Bacardi Center of Excellence at FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality, dedicated to expanding students’ knowledge and appreciation of coffee through the lens of beverage management. Through our bi-weekly meetings, we explore everything from bean-to-cup fundamentals and hands-on brewing methods to sustainability practices shaping the global coffee industry. This is a space for learning, community, and cultivating a deeper passion for coffee that contributes to well-rounded hospitality professionals.
