Justin Weiss, Executive Chef of Zuma Miami, began his journey with Zuma in 2016 as a line cook and quickly rose through the ranks to become sous chef. After a successful tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Saltie Girl, Justin returned to the Zuma family to open Zuma Boston as sous chef and went on to lead the Zuma Miami kitchen. As Executive Chef, he works closely with Zuma’s corporate culinary team to craft innovative seasonal dishes and refine modern culinary techniques, continuing to elevate the restaurant’s renowned contemporary Japanese dining experience.
