Founded by Keila Souto and Kenzo Tamae , Bonsai was created to inspire connection and creativity through every cup. The name reflects our philosophy of growth, care, and intention—values we pour into both our coffee and our community.
Bonsai’s mission is simple: to create meaningful moments between people, coffee, and place. Known for our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the truck serves locally roasted coffee and in-house syrups made with natural ingredients.
